Costs

 Our fees are based on the total sqaure footage of the home. The base fee for up to 1500 square feet is: 

 $275.00 for House 
$245.00 for Condominium. 

Variables Include unfinished basements/crawlspace age of house(very old houses may have a unique set of issues) detached garages or out buildings.
